Created in Lyon in 2001, The MPTA Company dedicates its activities to research, creating and touring contemporary circus. Original performance, artistic collaborations, projects with other emerging artists, the Company is regularly touring in France and abroad.
Events and carte blanche are often commissioned as its initiator, Mathurin Bolze, enlarges its artistic network around the world. Alternating research, directing new work, performing and advising other artistic groups, Mathurin Bolze questions his art while pursuing his desire that artistic and human qualities be the search engine.
The Company has performed 243 times of which 44 times internationally in the 2017 to 2019 period.
